New 15 litre fuel tank for CRF450L.

This tank completes the range adding a mid size tank which will be a popular size.
Most riders get between 18 and 22 Kpl so this tank will give you about 300 km’s depending on riding conditions.

Comes with radiator guards as part of the mounting and all other mounting hardware. It is very easy to fit. The fuel pump is easily changed to the Nomad tank. It comes with good instructions.

The fuel pump area holds 900ml. The fuel from the sides is easily shifted up to the fuel pump area with a slight throttle on.

In normal trail riding conditions you will use all of the fuel without any problems.

It is only when you are low on fuel and you are doing a constant speed that you need to throttle on to shift fuel up to the pump area.

An absolute bombproof must if you're building your CRF450RL into an ultralight ADV bike. My tank has taken and shrugged off more abuse than any tank should have to put up with. 18,000 miles later and it's still working perfectly.

I have the 20litre tank on my CRF450L. Love it. No more worries about where the next petrol station is (About 370km range). It feels great on the bike and the placement of the weight being pretty low, means the handling is still excellent. Easy to instal and I’d highly recommend getting one which also include the radiator guards as a brilliant bonus!

I recently purchased a Nomad tank for my 2018 Africa Twin and I’m very happy with it. The extra 9L I can fit in it makes for a much more useful range when travelling in the WA outback. Installation was a pretty easy process. I did have one problem with a bracket not being suitable for my 2018, but I was able to discuss it with Mick on the phone. Mick was very helpful and patient with my ignorant questions, and the correct part was quickly shipped. Good product, good service 👍

Installed the 15 liter Nomad tank on my 2022 CRF450RL and I couldn't be happier. Because it carries the fuel so low the bike feels less top heavy with 4 gallons of fuel than it previously did with 3 gallons in the IMS tank. And I really appreciate the built in radiator guards... very well thought out.

I love the 15 liter Nomad tank I bought for my '22 CRF450RL. It is brilliantly designed and engineered. The mounting instructions were clear and easy to follow. Installation was a breeze. I love the extended range it gives me and the peace of mind of not having to constantly worry about where to find the next gas station. I suppose the biggest compliment I can give it is that I don't notice it at all while riding. It carries its weight well. The bike really doesn't feel much different than with the stock Honda 2 gallon tank. I like the added protection for the bike from the tank and the radiator guards. It's also quite good looking and adds to the appearance of the bike. It was a big investment, but worth every penny and then some.
